Maddie & mommy & daddy,
I can see you all had a good time. Mommy and Daddy need to be in a few of the pictures too though. Your new winter coat looks pretty and warm. Have a good day.

In response to: A new swing

Grandma Jean [Visitor]
Madeleine came to our house and we watched
this video and she kept signing 'more' until after about 6 times she signed 'done'. She smiled and laughed the whole time. It reminds me of a childhood favorite poem-How do you like to go up in a swing, Up in the air so blue? Oh, I do think it the pleasantest thing ever a child can do!

Grandma can't wait to go to the park with
Madeleine and a partner to help me keep up with her:)
She is gaining new skills each week and isn't shy about trying them out. She is
quite the mimic in words and actions.

Kate:

Hey there! I'm so happy to see 100 For a Home on your website. The McNeil's are good friends of Cliff's, and our hearts are broken for them. (In fact, I was just checking out their blog before I came to yours.) Thanks for sharing their information.

In response to: I took my Daddy for a walk

Nanne Harris [Visitor]
Yeah, for taking Daddy on a walk-that track looks great! I also see that you are enjoying the camera and posting the pictures complete with humorous comments. Not to be missed are the Ohio trees and grass in spring greenery. This is all extremely encouraging. We had a good downpour of rain yesterday as rainy season is due to make its daily appearance anytime. Bye, Jean

These pictures of Grandma and Grandpa with Madeleine are so sweet! I'm so glad you could come. It's been a long winter and she's grown so much. Thanks for being there during part of the time that Josh's been gone. He's out today learning about Gisela's bread baking business and her brother's coffee business. I'm ready to go to the garden rooftop. I am beginning to feel a lil bit better now that I'm on an antibiotic. Love to all, Jean

In response to: Riding in her "big girl" stroller

Jackie [Visitor] · http://www.regardinghorses.com
My goodness she is getting so big!! I can't believe she's so old already.

That stroller does look might comfy. Alas, I'm too big for it. Plus it completely defeats the purpose of exercising. The joys of living the baby life!

Dear Strollers,
I know you enjoyed getting out! I'm flattered that Madeleine is still friends with crinkle bunny.:) Our prayers go out to you that the weather will be great for the retreat and that all will have a refreshing time together!
Love, Jean
We visited a businessman yesterday who showed off photos of his grand daughter who is just 2 weeks younger than Madeleine. If we see him again I will take our pictures!

Dear Kate and Madeleine,
Who's the photographer you're hamming it up for? Couldn't make me happier than to see you all happy and to know you're well again! Have you been able to get your new camera yet? It also made my day yesterday to see the Easter photos. It's hard to be so out of touch with family and friends. Guess it's out of sight, out of mind. How about you send an email or call Josh and Joel and set up a Skype for sometime this weekend? Hearing familiar voices is an added treat! Love, Jean
