The Adventures of Madeleine

Our sand box was magically transformed into a "snow box". Maddie had a great time filling it with snow and wouldn't leave it until it was filled to the top. And yes, in some of these photos she is standing on top of the snow!

Madeleine started to cover her legs in the snow, and then insisted that we cover her up with snow. She loved being buried in the snow.

We had a great time playing outside this weekend after the big snowstorm. I'll be getting up more pictures this week of our playtime as well.

Maddie loves the snow! Today her daddy and "papa" took her sledding, and to say she loved it would be an understatement.

We made our annual pilgrimage to the apple orchard a few weeks ago and had a blast. This year we picked a record number....nearly 6-7 bushels that we made into apple butter, applesauce, and sliced apples for freezing. Madeleine was quite the little apple-picking helper.
