The Adventures of Madeleine

Well, Thanksgiving went well and Madeleine travelled very well. I think I was more nervous about the long drive than she was! She was a hit with the Friesner side of the family and was showered with lots of love. She even came home with some early Christmas presents, including a Madeleine-sized couch! We have lots of pictures, I just need the time now to get the up online.

I've been sitting and watching her play with her little animal friends in the pack-n-play. She's just now starting to focus on the animals, so far the zebra is her favorite - probably because of the contrasting colors. She's also realizing that if she moves her hands or legs that she can make the animals move. It's fun to watch the look on her face when she plays there.

Today we go see the pediatrician and will probably get started with some of her vaccinations. It's safe to say that I'm dreading her having to get any shots.
